A leading gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State, Engr. Hakeem Alao Oyedele, popularly known as Allow Alao, has extended warm birthday wishes to former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Asimiyu Alarape.
