Prominent Oyo State governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Engr. Oyedele Hakeem Alao (Allow Alao), has extended warm greetings to children across Oyo State and Nigeria on Children’s Day.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Engr Allow Alao described children as “the future leaders and the greatest asset of any nation.”
“On this special day, I extend my warmest greetings to all the wonderful boys and girls of Oyo State. You are the hope of tomorrow,” he said.
Engr Alao in his message called for greater investment in quality education, healthcare, and safe environments for children, noting that this remains central to his vision for Oyo State’s development.
The Oyo State Guber aspirant further called on stakeholders to work together in creating opportunities that would allow children to dream big and achieve their full potential, regardless of their background.
Engr Allow Alao also prayed for Children’s safety all over the world, while calling on the government of Oyo State to improve children’s welfare and security, and channel more resources to rescuing the abducted school children in Oriire LG and other communities.
