Allow Alao Celebrates Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala On Birthday, Hails Him As A Beacon of Youth Leadership in Oyo State

APC Governorship Aspirant in Oyo State, Engr. Oyedele Hakeem Alao, popularly known as Allow Alao, has joined family, friends and political associates to celebrate Hon. Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message released on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, Engr. Alao described the former Ogbomoso North Local Government Chairman and current Member representing Ogbomoso North/South Federal Constituency as “a shining example of purposeful leadership and continuity of service.”

Engr. Alao paid tribute to Hon. Olamijuwonlo as the worthy successor to the political legacy of his late father, former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala.

“Today we celebrate a young man who has refused to rest on the name of his father, but has chosen to build his own name through hard work, humility and service,” Alao stated.

“Olamijuwonlo is a worthy son of a political icon. He has shown that leadership is not about age, but about capacity, vision and commitment to the people.”

He noted that since his time as Chairman of Ogbomoso North LGA and now as a federal lawmaker, Olamijuwonlo has distinguished himself through youth-focused initiatives, infrastructure projects, and grassroots engagement across Ogbomoso zone.

The APC governorship aspirant said Hon. Alao-Akala represents the kind of leadership Oyo State needs going forward — energetic, accessible, and development-driven.
“At a time when our state needs bridge-builders between the old and the new, Olamijuwonlo stands out,” he said.
“He relates with the elders with respect and relates with the youth with understanding. That is the kind of all-inclusive leadership that moves a state forward.”

Engr. Alao also commended the federal lawmaker for his contributions on the floor of the House of Representatives and his efforts at attracting federal presence to Ogbomoso.

On behalf of his family and the Allow Alao Campaign Organization, Engr. Alao prayed for long life, wisdom, and greater impact for the celebrant.

“I pray that Almighty God grants you more years in good health, more wisdom to serve, and more grace to lift your people. May this new age usher you into greater accomplishments for Ogbomoso and Oyo State at large,” he prayed.

He called on APC members and the people of Ogbomoso to continue to support Hon. Olamijuwonlo, saying “unity and collaboration among our leaders is what will deliver sustainable development to our dear state.”

Hon. Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala currently represents Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Oriire Federal Constituency at the National Assembly. He is widely regarded as one of the leading young voices in Oyo APC politics.

Other party chieftains, youth groups, and constituents have continued to send birthday goodwill messages to the celebrant.
