Receiving the award on his behalf, Akogun Toyese Oyerinde thanked the organizers for finding him worthy of the honour.
Speaking at the event, Oyerinde said he was satisfied with the initiative, noting that Alao’s personal vision and blueprint aligns perfectly with the objectives of the Family League.
He said, “Alao’s vision is in line with the initiative of this organization in bringing down the poverty of people to the minimal level. His ideology is about creating wealth from the family unit upwards.”
Oyerinde reiterated that if Engr. Alao emerges as governor of the state, his administration will ensure that everyone, irrespective of class or status, will be better off.
“He believes that a society can only be wealthy when the family is wealthy. That is the secret. When Engr. Alao gets to power, no family will be left behind,” he added.
