A governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State Engr. Oyedele Hakeem Alao also known as Allow Alao has congratulated Chief Adebayo Adelabu, the former Minister of Power on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an outstanding leader and a source of inspiration to many.
